About Family Wellness Center
Our mission here at Family Wellness Center is simple: keep your family’s nervous system working at its best so you can live and work with less pain and more ease. Whether you’re pregnant, raising kids, at a laptop all day, or training hard, we use gentle chiropractic and clear education to care for you as a whole person.
Meet Dr. James Lee
Dr. Lee became a chiropractor after his care for low back pain transformed his life while he was working as a Greenpeace activist. He left activism to attend chiropractic college and has now spent 25 years serving patients across multiple countries. He has joined mission trips, helped run child-centered offices, and continues his heart for service through Meals on Wheels, homeless programs, TreeFolks, and a nonprofit oyster mushroom business in Uganda that supports local families. Patients report feeling heard, respected, and genuinely cared for by him.

How Our Care Is Different
Dr. Lee is known for gentle, non-forceful chiropractic care that helps patients relax rather than brace for an adjustment. He uses techniques, including Network-style work, to help your body shift into a calmer state, making structural changes more comfortable. Yoga and lifestyle guidance are built into your care plan, with restorative postures and simple videos to support your progress between visits.
